From Zero to Hero provides AI agent integration services including: free personalized framework modules, documentation packs, basic and pro installation services, and pre-configured hardware bundles. All services are described on our main page and in communications with clients.
Free framework modules are provided as-is for informational and planning purposes. They represent a vision of what is possible with AI agent integration and are personalized based on questionnaire responses. Framework modules do not constitute a guarantee of specific results.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are one-time charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Documentation packs are delivered digitally via email. Installation services are performed remotely. Hardware bundles include shipping to the provided address within the United States.
Digital products (documentation packs) are non-refundable after delivery due to their digital nature. Installation services may be refunded if the service has not yet begun. Hardware bundles may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Contact us to initiate any refund request.
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate information in their questionnaire, maintaining their own accounts and credentials for third-party services used in the integration, and ensuring they have the legal right to automate processes within their business.
From Zero to Hero provides AI agent integrations as a service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the AI agents we configure. AI agents operate based on their configuration and may occasionally produce unexpected results. We provide hypercare periods specifically to monitor and adjust agent behavior.
Configuration files, agent architectures, and documentation created for your installation are yours to keep and modify. Our proprietary templates, branding, and methodology remain the property of From Zero to Hero.
